Problems of diesel engine lay-out with two-stage supercharging systems
// Dvigatelestroyeniye. — 1981. — ? 4. — P. 3–8.
Keywords:
engine.
The engine pressure ratio effect on the centrifugal compressor size for the first and second supercharging stage is investigated. Ways to reduce the extent of the two-stage turbocharging system are analyzed. // Dvigatelestroyeniye. — 1981. — ? 4. — P. 13–16.
Keywords:
diesel engines.
Regularities connecting the cycle dynamic and parameters of the heat release law for a multifuel supercharged diesel engine are defined by calculation and experimental investigations. Discrepancy of measured values of maximum combustion pressure, defining local load on combustion chamber walls, is shown. These are the average values on the maximum cycle pressure extent, responsible for the thermo-dynamic improvement of the operation. Variations of parameters of the linearized heat release law at the engine supercharging are described.
