Problems are considered of geverning of the voltage frequency and active power at the parallel diesel-gene-rator (DG) operation. A typical equation and expressions are given to define processes of the frequency variation and active power of each DG, on their base an equivalent was found for the similar DG system by more simple systems. Accuracy of the voltage frequency stabilization and the DG active power distribution are analyzed, taking into account random vibrations of the engine motion moment, and the stability is defined of parameters of the automatic control system for the active load.

Conditions are considered to attain a minimum specific fuel consumption bi min, at the operation at nominal speed and on a speed characteristic, using commercial diesel fueis and fuels with detailed quality characteristics. It is shown that requirements of evaporation, providing bi min can vary with the speed variation. A calculation is given of a possible fuel economy for the diesel engine KamAZ-740 by the optimization of an inlet channel and selection of a mixed fuel with the predetermined evaporation.
