Energetic parameters of carburettor engines at their acceleration under full power conditions

A comparative analysis is given of energetic parameters of automobile carburettor engines, operating on the external speed characteristic and at the acceleration under full power conditions. It is shown that instantaneous energetic parameters have no identical connection with the angle engine shaft acceleration, therefore the use in calculations of a known in the literature non-steady state coefficient has no reason. Recommendations are given on how to estimate the use of the external speed characteristic when calculating the automobile dynamics.

A possibility is considered of the use of the known temperature sticking criterion when defining extreme conditions for the running-in. An analysis and technique are given to calrulate the temperature on the friction contact of the conjugation: the piston ring-cylinder liner. An example of calculation is given, showing a practical reason to use the temperature sticking criterion at the search of optimum decisions for the internal combustion engines running-in.

Parameters are described of dynamic multimass discrete models of a swinging drum type engine washer making the spherical motion. These models meet all requirements of substitution points. An algorithm is made, based on these models to define the swinging washer inertia moment, adjusted to the shaft rotation axis, it can vary following the engine shaft rotation angle. An example of calculation is given.

The comparison analysis is carried out of arrangements of the controlled carburettor dosing systems, and results of their tests are described. Definition of parameters of RIC engine heat exchange devices under conditions of non-uniform distribution of the heat carrier consumption

Analytical dependences are given for evaluation of the common effect of the non-uniformity of cooled and cooling heat carrier mass consumption on the variation of heat-hydraulic or dimension parameters of heat exchange devices. Numerical results are obtained of the effect of the mass consumption non-uniformity of the cooling air, liquid of the engine cooling system, the common effect of the non-uniformity of both heat carriers on the reduction of the thermal efficiency of the radiator in the engine cooling system, and on the increase of the radiator volume and mass, which is necessary to keep the predetermined value of the thermal effectiveness.
