Experimental investigations of the diesel engine operation on artificial gas mixtures, their composition other than the air composition
// Dvigatelestroyeniye. — 1989. — ¹ 12. — P. 3–4.
Key words: engines.

Experimental investigations showed characteristics of the parameters variation of the diesel engine 6Ch12/14, operating on artificial gas mixtures other than air mixtures. Artificial gas mixtures are supposed to divide into "light" and "heavy" in dependence on the effect on the self-ignition time delay. It is shown that "light" mixtures are preferred to use as an actuated body. In such a case its effectiveness can be improved by the internal combustion engine governing.

// Dvigatelestroyeniye. — 1989. — ¹ 12. — P. 5–6.
Key words: engines.

A modelling device is described, allowing under the static loading and on the base of the Dalamber principle, to recover the stressed-deformed condition of the automobile engine crankshaft (the crankshaft was loaded each 15° in 48 fixed positions). Attained discrete periodic function of the stressed-deformed condition of the crankshaft is shown on its revolution angle for the engine operating cycle (720°).

Temperature stresses in a spherical internal combustion engine cylinder head
// Dvigatelestroyeniye. — 1989. — ¹ 12. — P. 10–12.
Key words: engines.

Results are given of the stress correlation, caused by features of the detail temperature field and temperature derivative on the radius and in the tangential direction. The contribution of the temperature gradient tangential component to its stressed condition is shown to exceed the effect of the radial component for the spheric head, and this relation is also typical for the piston thermal stressed condition.
