Evaluation of the possibility to recover the RIC engine exhaust gas energy

A structure is considered of the RIC engine exhaust gas (EG) energy. The maximum exergy is shown to be recovered when dissipating about 60 % of the total heat, lost together with EG, into the recovery system.

Precise method of the hydrodynamic calculation of the fuel delivery process in automotive diesel engines

Main statesments are described as well as new elements of -a mathematical model of a precise method of the hydrodynamic calculation of the fuel delivery process in automotive diesel engines. New statesments are different from ones developed earlier, in the offered technique a non-stationary nature of the flow is considered along all the hydrodynamic cycle, as well as the energy loss at the variation of shape and the hydrodynamic cycle channel size. Experimental and calculation data are compared, proving their good convergence.

Results of preliminary tests of an experimental construction of wave pressure exchanger

Main results are considered of preliminary tests of a wave pressure exchanger experimental construction on diesel engine 4ChN12/14 and 4ChN8.5/11 test benches. Experimental data are given of diesel engine 4ChN12/14 supercharging parameters using a wave pressure exchanger at the constant , rotor speed. Effectiveness is shown of a device for the automatic adjustment of the pressure exchanger.

A method is described to decrease the temperature error during the pressure measurement in engine cylinders, using strain gauges as a part of transducers "Sapphire". A method is offered to prevent the gauge overheating. A functional diagram of a measurement cycle of a multichannel device is offered for measurement of the maximum pressure in engine cylinders.

Data are given of results of coordinate drawing of coaxial supports in casings made of aluminium alloys by drawing of different constructions, using a telescopic extender of the broaching machine stroke and a new method of the coordinate drawing as well as precision data of hole diameters, non-coaxiality and coordinates of the coaxial hole location, providing strict requirements of clearances and surface quality which indicate the process precision.

Что дает объемное численное моделирование процессов в выпускных коллекторах судовых дизелей

Анализируется характер движения газа в коллекторе для двух способов присоединения выпускных диффузоров, обеспечивающих радиальный к стенке коллектора подвод газов, когда патрубки расположены посередине его высоты, либо тангенциальный подвод при опущенных патрубках. Приводятся зависимости расхода газа от угла поворота коленчатого вала для продувочных окон и выпускного клапана, а также поля проекций скоростей в характерных сечениях коллектора. Сопоставляются условия, влияющие на процессы очистки — наполнения цилиндров, для схем с радиальным и тангенциальным подводом более перспективным с точки зрения повышения топливной экономичности дизеля.

Экологические проблемы автомобильного двигателя и путь оптимального решения их

Рассматриваются современные тенденции борьбы с токсичностью автомобильных двигателей, дается оценка по степени вредности продуктов неполного горения в ДВС и описываются внедряемые мероприятия по экологии. Указываются направления создания рабочего цикла ДВС с нейтральным выхлопом, базирующегося на осушении горючей смеси и впускного коллектора (испарении бензина), сжигании бедных смесей методом расслоения заряда и электронного управления топливоподачей. Такое сочетание позволяет осуществить процесс в ДВС до конечных продуктов СО2 и Н20 без нейтрализаторов.
