Clarification of a technique and results of a calculation investigation of heat exchange conditions in the gap: the piston combustion zone-diesel engine cylinder
// Dvigatelestroyeniye. — 1991. — ¹ 8–9.— P. 4—6.
Keywords:
diesel engines.
A clarified technique is proposed of the calculation of heat exchange parameters in the gap: the piston combustion zone-cylinder, which can be used at modelling of the thermal stress condition of diesel engine pistons as boundary conditions for the heat exchange on the combustion piston zone surface. The analysis of the calculation results allowed to establish connection between geometric perameters of the combustion piston zone and heat exchange parameters in the superring gap: the piston head-cylinder.

Effect of the air charge cooling on the heat emission into the cooling liquid from forced turbocharged diesel engines
// Dvigatelestroyeniye. — 1991. — ¹ 8–9.— P. 9—11.
Keywords:
diesel engines.
On the base of the analysis of dependence of parameters and thermal balance of the turbocharged diesel engine with the charge air (ONV) cooling system it was established that under typical for a modern diesel engine values of the mean gas temperature in the cylinder and its heat transfer walls increase of the air cooling depth is followed by the increase of the heat transfer into the cooling liquid (TOZH). Regulations are defined of variation of heat transfer components of the diesel engine with ONV, as well as hypothetical conditions, where the use of ONV would not increase TOZN.
