Description is proposed of programme complex modelling the intracylinder processes of mixing and non-equilibrium kinetics of NOx formation in dieseis. The operation of a complex as a working instrumment of a designer is shown on the example of creation of low emission diesel 4CH 9,5/11 of multipurpose usage including autoloader with the emission level of N0x = 5,04 g/kWh, which is thrice lower than the level of industrial diesel.

Investigation of working process of internal combustion engine with the recirculation of combustion products

It is shown that by means of recirculation there could be recieved the high coefficient of oxidizer (air) excess in engine cylinder when the coefficient of new oxidizer-consumption and fuel is rather low. It permits to reduce considerably the contents of the products of incomplete combustion. Moreover, during recirculation the temperature at the end of combustion reduces which influence the decrease of nitrogen oxide in exhaust gases.

Determination of maximum values of fuel injection advance angle of transport dieseis

The methodology is proposed of determination of laws of control of fuel injection advance angle of transport diesels, optimized according to fuel efficiency and toxicity of exhaust gases. Methodology is based on four criterions: fuel consumption, nitrogen oxides emissions, carbonic oxide and hydrocarbon. The efficiency of this method was confirmed by its usage for Kamaz diesels.

Basing on consideration of complex of chemical, physics and thermodynamic processes arising in exhaust outlet of stationary diesel electrostation during its exploitation it was noticed that in inside this outlet there take place selfcleaning of exhaust gases. This property permits to reduce the concentration of noxiosness in exhaust gases to safe value.

Method is proposed of calculation of soot burning inside thermal reactor volume. Method is based on numerical solution of equations of heat and mass transmission for the conditions of axlesymmetrical turbulent flow in cylindrical pipe having sudden widening. Speed field is assigned according to dependence for turbulent submerged flows. Algorythm for numerical solution of equation is rpoposed as well as programme for PC.

New methodology is proposed of calculations of geometrical parameters of inner perforated silencer parts for diesel engines. It is based on wide usage of the laws of «golden proportion» and properties of Fibonachi number. This method permits to raise the technical level of the construction, to unify main details, to create parametrical series of silencers. The results of tests are proposed.

The influence of water-fuel emulsion on mixing in diesels with open combustion chamber

Features are considered of mixing in diesels during injection of water-fuel emulsion into the open combustion chamber. Basing on the analysis here is proposed the mechanizm of interaction of water-fuel emulsion spray and chamber wall. The use of the electronic system for the automatic additional air supply is shown to improve technical-economical parameters of the supercharged diesel engine at transit.
