Modular and container models of electric stations mounted of separate block-modules at site are described.

Results are estimated of operational development of working process of one-cylinder installation 1ChBN15/16 with cylinder combustion chamber, the influence of the angle fuel spray and energy of fuel injection on the parameters of the above mentioned unit. It is noticed that the usage of new chamber and cylinder head with spiral inlet channel permit to raise the fuel efficiency.

Results are given of analysis of RIC engine exhaust gas temperature influence on the amount of heat energy gained by working medium of recovery Stirling engine. It was indicated that in order to provide the maximum power when the heat energy consumption is minimum the heat temperature supplied to the working medium should be reduced to the minimum level at which the continues work of Stirling engine is possible.

Usage of vibroisolators made of composite materials for vibroisoiation of energy installations of transport facilities

Energy installation for transport facilities are characterized by high level of vibration which badly influence the personnel & environment. Rubber and metal vibroisolators do not provide the necessary vibroisoiation because they are influenced by temperature, humidity, libricants which reduce their vibroisoiation quality. Vibroisilators with composite elements were designed which provide high vibroisoiation characteristics. Vibroisolators are installed as a basement for marine diesel-generators, engines of repair machines. It was noticed that after 1,5—2 years of operation their efficiency was the same.

Lubrication of crosshead bearings of marine low speed Engines

Different ways of oil supply to crosshead bearing are considered. Analytical dependence is given which permits to define the pressure of oil at the inlet of crosshead bearing. Experimental results are proposed. It is shown that oil supply is connected with pressure change, stipulated by the inertia forces.
