Technique and results of the analytical investigation of the radiation sensor-radiometer system

An analysis is carried out of the heat flow interaction in a closed space of a sensor, measuring a radiant heat flow. The error of the sensor, measuring radiant heat flows, is evaluated. The necessity is shown to make a precise analysis of the sensor-radiometer radiant system. In order to decrease a summary error of the measurement it is recommended to decrease the relative height of the inner sensor space, decrease the effect of the soot deposits, provide identity of the radiant thermoelement and the cylinder wall ability.

Mathematical dependence of the balance of engine wear elements in motor oil

A method of the engine technical diagnosis is tahen under consideration, using lubricating oil as an information source. It is established that the concentration of wear elements in the motor oil is numerically dependent on the absolute value and variation dynamics of mass friction parts wear, relative to a general model of the circulation lubrication system for marine diesel engines. A formula is given to calculate mass marine diesel engine wear on the concentration of wear elements in used oil samples and deposits in oil cleaning devices. Estimation of information is made of these concentrations as diagnosis parameters, and recommendations are given on the practical realization of this method when marine engines are operated.
